Introducing Kevin Stokes, our new Recruitment Manager
Automation Talent Recruitment (ATR) of Stokesley, North Yorkshire have announced that Kevin Stokes will be joining ATR as their new Recruitment Manager effective from 13th July 2020.
Kevin has over 12 years of experience working within recruitment with an extensive history of attracting and placing people in businesses at all levels for both permanent and temporary positions.
Having initially worked in the education sector, Kevin developed a keen eye for detail in terms of both meeting stringent compliance measures necessary and understanding each profile requirement to recruit the right person first time. Kevin has also worked within the Engineering sector for the last six years, enabling him to develop these skills. This has also helped him to create strong partnerships with many leading companies both locally within Teesside and beyond.

Additionally, Kevin’s experiences will benefit ATR moving forward due to experience in building long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients and helping to fulfil high expectations for both parties. In his past career, it has seen him recruiting in large numbers for project and shutdown roles as well as utilising search and selection techniques for more technical high-profile positions, both of which although challenging he finds equally enjoyable.
