Automation Talent Recruitment is a consultancy with two distinct business units that specialise in attracting, finding and placing people in businesses at all levels for both permanent and temporary positions.
ATR finds and places key staff specialising in electronics, robotics, process control and automation. We help build teams of high-performing engineers and software developers on a permanent or interim basis. Our extensive working history and specialist background within this sector gives ATR a unique expertise to ensure businesses have talented and motivated people perfectly fitted within their organisations.
ATR’s Workforce Solutions division specialises in placing people on a temporary contract basis. We provide management, technical, administrative and operational personnel on an ad-hoc basis to assist with our clients demands particularly with unexpected absences, peak periods and shutdowns. All pre qualifying and vetting procedures are fully undertaken prior to commencement of work ensuring a hassle free start to the working day.

Lindsay Lofthouse - Director of ATR
Lindsay, who is our company director started Automation Talent Recruitment in 2019. Lindsay has over 20 years experience in the Automation sector. She works closely with candidates and offers a personal and friendly service. Regular contact with both clients and candidates is very important to her as she feels is builds trust and a strong working relationship. Lindsay ensures all correct checks are carried out before any time is spent interviewing and makes sure she offers advice and assist with CV writing if required.
Ashleigh Lofthouse - Recruitment Consultant
Ashleigh, Recruitment Consultant at Automation Talent Recruitment, joined the team in 2022. Ashleigh works closely with the candidates, assisting them with their CV writing and searching for the best fit job role for them. Ashleigh also completes all paperwork before the applicant begins their new job, ensuring everything is in place ready for them to start.
