  • To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across our work on site and projects implemented with customer. The HSE Manager will support and advise on all matters relating to health, safety, and environmental management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.

    • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and review HSE policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations. 

    • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards. Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement control measures. Monitor and review risk assessments regularly. 

    • Training and Development: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Issue, manage and decide upon relevant PPE. Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization. 

    • Investigation and Corrective Actions: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes. Recommend corrective actions and ensure implementation. Maintain records of incidents and follow up on corrective actions. 

    • Audits and Inspection: Conduct regular HSE audits and inspection. Identify non-compliances and areas for improvement. Prepare audit reports and ensure follow-up on action items. 

    • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular HSE reports for management. Maintain HSE records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. 

    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Recommend and implement improvements to HSE management systems. 

    • Certifications: NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma, IEMA or similar environmental certification  

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Automation, Robotics, Nuclear or Defence. 

    • Skills: 
      - Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards. 
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software. 
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
